Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee starting at $50. If no card is on file, fee is added to total of next service. Entire total must be paid immediately after completed service.
If arriving late, please text (919) 526-0654 as soon as possible. Appointment AUTOMATICALLY canceled and needs to be rescheduled by guest online after 10 minutes past visit time.
